Why a coach?
Often times it takes a Coach to help you realize your full potential. This includes identifying your barriers, breaking them down, and turning them into real success stories. I am personally and professionally committed and motivated to helping people succeed. It is my true passion.

I coach two types of people:
I coach both high-performers and those who want to improve their performance and reach their potential. I come alongside business professionals to provide collaborative success coaching. How do I do this? By launching high-potentials towards their goals and removing barriers for those needing performance development and improvement.

ABOUT ME
I am a Human Resource Professional with decades of experience. My experience includes implementing multi-million dollar Human Resource systems, recruiting both executive and non-executive candidates, as well as managing departments, people, and projects. My success is found in the areas of Human Resource Management, executive and corporate recruitment, management consulting, implementation of Human Resource ERP Systems, training, project management, and professional resume development. For decades, I have found myself coaching clients, co-workers, mentoring friends, and young people. When reviewing all of the different aspects of ‘human’ resources, I am most excited about helping people work out their passions and achieve their career goals. This has been the most fulfilling and satisfying part of my career - by far! Success means something different to each person. Everyone has a gift. Some are passionate about their gifts. Some are wondering what their gifts are. Some know their gifts and their passion is untapped. It takes passion and perseverance to accomplish your true desires.
